Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Director
• Coordinate and prepare board governance materials
• Manage front-office communications and visitor interactions
• Liaise with service providers for benefits administration
• Assist in financial administration and procedural documentation
Requirements:
• 3+ years of administrative experience in relevant environments
• Discretion in supporting senior leadership and board governance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous exposure to governmental settings is beneficial
