In this pivotal position, you will assist Managers with payroll, timekeeping, and human resources functions. Your duties will include managing supply orders, coordinating facility operations, and sharing administrative responsibilities within the team. An integral participant in facilitating communication, you will also prepare agendas, transcribe minutes, and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support timekeeping and payroll processes for managers
• Manage supply orders and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate facility operations including repairs and housekeeping
• Compile minutes and agendas for meetings
• Facilitate workload sharing within the support team
Requirements:
• Five years of secretarial experience required
• Formal post-secondary administrative program completion
• Experience with SAP is an asset
• Ability to work independently on diverse tasks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
