As an Administrative Clerk, you will bring a minimum of three years' experience in a computerized financial department, with a preference for healthcare exposure. Your responsibilities will include overseeing reception duties and managing parking operations, along with handling tenancy agreements. A Grade 12 certificate and a diploma in business/accounting are required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support financial department activities and operations
• Manage tenancy and parking arrangements for users
• Interact with the public in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain and report financial data using ledger systems
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health protocols
Requirements:
• Three years' experience in a financial role
• Completed Grade 12 education; business/accounting diploma is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good typing speed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Background checks must be completed prior to employment
