Nursing Assistant in Multidisciplinary Team

This position is integral to a health care team, where you will perform various tasks for patient comfort and maintain unit cleanliness. Previous experience in related work is preferred, coupled with education from a Nursing Assistant program or equivalent. Your communication skills will be essential for effective team collaboration and organization of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care and comfort support

• Perform routine clerical tasks within the unit

• Maintain cleanliness of the area based on occupancy

• Organize and prioritize workload effectively

• Operate IT equipment as required

Requirements:

• High school education meeting Manitoba standards

• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant program

• Knowledge of medical terminology with a passing score

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic keyboarding and administrative skills
