In this position, you will perform clerical duties of moderate complexity, leveraging your administrative skills to assist team members. Your tasks will include managing correspondence, arranging travel accommodations, and handling sensitive information with confidentiality. You will also maintain claims files and support departmental clerical functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clerical support to case managers and administrators
• Open, sort, and distribute injury claims mail
• Prepare and send customized correspondence for claimants
• Use the BI3 program for document management tasks
• Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and claimants
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of office experience needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to type 50+ words per minute
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
