As part of Empire Life's Compliance team, you will report to the Director of AML and Regulatory Compliance. This position focuses on regulatory filings and managing compliance databases. You'll collaborate with various business units, ensuring accurate and timely compliance certification along with additional administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer regulatory compliance management database updates
• Facilitate quarterly compliance certification across business units
• Manage policy acknowledgment and compliance training program
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings on time
• Support Legal and Corporate Secretary teams administratively
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in administrative services
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Well developed verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information tactfully
• Experience in regulatory compliance databases is an asset
