As part of MLT Aikins, recognized as one of Canada's best law firms, you'll provide essential administrative support to our team. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills and relevant office experience to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment. You'll work independently while contributing to collaborative efforts in the firm’s supportive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute administrative tasks including copying and scanning
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail processing
• Coordinate and track courier shipments as required
• Keep office manuals and reference guides updated
• Organize marketing materials for events and campaigns
Requirements:
• Completed administrative assistant program preferred
• At least two years of experience in a relevant role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage electronic filing systems efficiently
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe products
