Join Pembina Trails School Division as an Athletics and Healthy Living Support member. This part-time role focuses on coordinating school sports and promoting healthy living initiatives while ensuring student engagement.
This position from September 8, 2026, offers a flexible part-time work schedule (3.5 hours daily) at the Administration Office. Candidates will support the Curriculum Consultant K to 12 in delivering well-rounded programming that aligns with divisional inclusion and safety goals while managing logistics and event planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and promote divisional physical activity events
• Organize league play for Grades 4 to 8
• Maintain equipment inventory and manage transportation
• Assist in logistics for coordinated events and awards
• Ensure effective communication on divisional activities
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or CAEC with admin background
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to comply with Child Abuse Registry checks
