Key Responsibilities:
• Organize administrative activities for Medical & Technical Directors
• Type, proofread, and format various materials
• Maintain and update databases for quality and accreditation
• Perform payroll functions and monitor budget transfers
• Travel between Health Sciences and St. Boniface Hospital
Requirements:
• Three years of directly related experience
• Proven experience in meeting scheduling
• Typing speed of 65 wpm
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Current satisfactory criminal records check
