Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Executive Director
• Support board governance tasks including meeting logistics
• Manage incoming communications and visitor interactions
• Liaise for employee pension and benefits processes
• Oversee daily office operations and coordination
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in progressive administrative roles
• Experience in government or quasi-governmental settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
