WMR is seeking an adaptable Office Administrator to support its executive team and oversee daily office operations. You will play a vital role in managing correspondence, scheduling, and ensuring a professional front-of-office presence. Prior experience in government or nonprofit sectors will be beneficial in this dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director
• Prepare agendas and minutes for board meetings
• Manage phones, emails, and visitor communications
• Liaise with external service providers for benefits and pension
• Assist with financial administration and document standardization
Requirements:
• 3+ years of progressive administrative experience
• Experience in government or quasi-governmental settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
