We need an experienced Administrative Agent to oversee the administrative tasks related to rolling stock. This role ensures compliance with regulations and collaborates closely with our sales team.
In this vital role, you will manage the administrative cycle, including registrations and insurance for rolling stock. You will also handle fuel tax declarations and be a part of our digital transformation as we implement new ERP systems. Continuous improvement of administrative procedures is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage registrations, renewals, and insurance for rolling stock
• Handle fuel tax declarations, ensuring route compliance
• Collaborate on financing and loyalty contracts
• Support administrative follow-up for equipment loans
• Engage in digital transformation projects for the department
Requirements:
• College diploma in administrative techniques/vocational training
• 2 years of relevant administrative experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Fluent in French and English, spoken and written
• Able to support versatile administrative tasks
