We are inviting a dynamic individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, providing exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude. Your responsibilities will include managing the reception desk, handling phone calls and inquiries, coordinating supply orders, and assisting with administrative tasks. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to support numerous departments within our organization such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service while efficiently managing duties of reception desk with tasks such as directing and screening calls and visitors, addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, completing general administration duties.
  • Administrative support for a variety of company initiatives such as rewards programs, sponsor ships, employee recognition, business cards, etc.
  • Canad Inns internal supply orders: fulfillment, restocking, communications regarding orders/par levels needs, inventory.
  • Other office administrative and support tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat PDF is required.
