Position: Sales Coordinator for Used Equipment

In this role, you will support sales operations by efficiently processing equipment orders, maintaining accurate inventory, and serving as the primary point of contact between Sales Representatives and Vendors. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate orders with OEMs to meet customer needs

• Act as liaison for Specifications and delivery schedules

• Enter used equipment data into the SILK operating system

• Process purchase orders and supplier invoices accurately

• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure timely task completion

Requirements:

• Experience in material handling or equipment dealership is an asset

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
