Make an impact in Saskatchewan as a part-time Administrative Assistant at SARCAN in Regina. This role combines office administration with supportive tasks for a greener community.
SARCAN is seeking an organized and progressive individual for a permanent part-time Administrative Assistant position. Your main tasks involve scheduling, coordinating trailer switches, and supporting office functions. You will also maintain spreadsheets and reports while working independently within a team-driven environment.
Responsibilities- Schedule and dispatch depot trailer switches
- Coordinate trailer switches with drivers and companies
- Input data and maintain statistical spreadsheets
- Perform general office duties effectively
- Provide backup support for the Office Administrator
- One year of office experience preferred
- Post-secondary office administration certificate an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 required
Robust communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changes
