As a Property Administrator, you will facilitate effective administration and foster positive relationships with residents. You will coordinate office tasks, address tenant concerns quickly, and uphold property standards, ensuring Morguard remains the preferred choice for tenants. Your engagement in daily operations will also include managing lease agreements and financial records.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to resident inquiries and service requests
- Manage office supplies and maintain filing systems
- Draft collection notices and maintain compliance
- Oversee move-in and move-out procedures
- Review rent rolls and aged accounts receivables
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year in customer service roles
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Yardi
- Excellent organizational skills
- Capable of handling high-pressure situations
