SARCAN is looking for a reliable and organized individual for a permanent part-time Administrative Assistant role. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling trailer switches, coordinating with drivers, and maintaining vital reports and spreadsheets. This role allows you to work independently while contributing to a team that thrives on efficiency and environmental wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and dispatch depot trailer switches efficiently
• Coordinate trailer switch logistics with drivers and companies
• Input data and maintain comprehensive statistical spreadsheets
• Perform general office duties to support the team
• Provide backup assistance for the Office Administrator as needed
Requirements:
• One year of preferred office experience
• Post-secondary office administration certificate is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and adjust to changes
