In this position, you will coordinate various academic examination activities, providing crucial support to candidates and proctors. With 2–5 years of experience preferred, this role balances multiple priorities while ensuring effective communication and customer service. Your contributions will drive program improvements and assist applicants through the assessment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate academic examination programs and communication
• Manage and track examination schedules and tasks
• Monitor candidate support through emails and calls
• Participate in examination marking and results updates
• Implement improvements based on exam performance reviews
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills for managing priorities
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge of privacy policies and document management
