Enhance construction project success with IDL Projects Inc. as a Project Administrator. Manage scheduling and document handling to improve operational efficiency in project workflows.
In this role, you will support the Project Management team by coordinating crucial administrative tasks, ensuring confidentiality, and engaging with stakeholders. With at least two years of relevant experience, you'll assist in travel coordination, purchasing, and comprehensive reporting to drive project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit project reports regularly
• Maintain accurate and organized project files
• Coordinate travel arrangements for project personnel
• Collaborate with departments, including Accounts Payable
• Act as the liaison with various project stakeholders
Requirements:
• 2+ years in an admin role within the construction field
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and project management software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
• Ability to oversee junior staff and manage multiple tasks
