You will work under a Team Manager to assist with the scheduling of Direct Service Staff, utilizing your organizational and communication skills effectively. Your experience with data entry and computerized systems will be crucial in maintaining smooth operations and supporting healthcare services in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule Direct Service Staff and maintain related records
• Communicate scheduling updates to clients and staff
• Enter required data into the scheduling system
• Assist with photocopying, mailing, and filing tasks
• Collaborate and contribute positively within the team environment
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of related administrative experience
• Minimum of 6 months scheduling experience
• Familiarity with Group Wise and electronic calendars
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
