Drive success as a Mortgage Document Processing Specialist, ensuring high-quality document handling and client service. This position combines accurate data entry with daily operational tasks in a hybrid work setting.
In this role, you'll ensure the timely printing and packaging of mortgage documents while meticulously reviewing them for accuracy and compliance. Your attention to detail will support our goal of maintaining high servicing standards. You'll also handle light reception duties and manage internal inventories.
Key Responsibilities- Print and package mortgage documentation per lender requirements
- Enter and update file notes in the database
- Review documents for quality and compliance
- Identify differences in formats and escalate as necessary
- Organize daily courier pickups and mailroom supplies
- Required high school education or similar experience
- Exceptional detail orientation and analytical aptitude
- Quick and accurate data entry skills
- Competence in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive info
