- Provide administrative assistance for program events and activities
- Maintain skilled relationships within diverse communities

- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed
- Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration required
- At least 1 year of related post-secondary training
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
