Exciting opportunity at Villa Colombo as a Temporary Full-Time Receptionist Clerk in Toronto, ON. This role offers a chance to make a difference by providing essential support within our long-term care home.
In this position, you will greet and assist residents and visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported. Your administrative tasks will include handling correspondence, managing phone calls, and performing clerical duties. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are key for success in this fast-paced role.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist residents and visitors effectively
- Direct mail and packages to relevant departments
- Keep the reception area organized and updated
- Prepare outgoing mail and parcels for delivery
- Report unusual occurrences to management
- Bilingual capabilities in English and Italian preferred
- 2-5 years of relevant receptionist experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum Grade 12 education
