Join Villa Colombo in Toronto as a Temporary Full-Time Receptionist Clerk. Make an impact by assisting residents and managing administrative tasks in our long-term care home.
In this dynamic role, you will provide vital support by greeting residents and visitors, handling correspondence, and managing phone calls. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced environment to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist residents and visitors effectively
• Direct mail and packages to appropriate departments
• Keep the reception area organized and current
• Prepare outgoing mail and parcels for delivery
• Report unusual occurrences to management
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and Italian preferred
• 2-5 years of receptionist experience required
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum Grade 12 education needed
