Support our electric delivery fleet and shipping container yard as an Office Administrator on Kelly Douglas Rd. Engage with customers, manage paperwork, and maintain office organization.
We are looking for an Office Administrator to assist with our dual operations in Kelly Douglas Rd. Your responsibilities will include answering calls, replying to emails, providing quotes, and handling customer orders. Additionally, you will send invoices, manage basic bookkeeping using Quick Books, and ensure the office remains tidy and well-stocked.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails
• Provide customer quotes and manage orders
• Send invoices and track unpaid accounts
• Utilize Quick Books for bookkeeping tasks
• Handle paperwork for drivers and customers
Requirements:
• Friendly communicator with email writing skills
• Organized with a keen attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and Google Docs
• Experience in office or customer service is a plus
• Ability to maintain a tidy office environment
