Become part of Aviso’s collaborative culture as a Transfers Administrator for 9 months. Focus on efficient processing of transfers, client service, and team support every day.
In this role, you’ll be a vital member of the Transfers team reporting to the Supervisor. You will handle daily transfer processes, correspondence, and escalated inquiries. A successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to enhance their operational expertise in financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process transfer requests according to SLAs
• Manage transfers mailbox and incoming correspondence
• Initiate manual or ATON transfers as required
• Track and follow up on initiated transfers
• Provide operational support for external transfer institutions
Requirements:
• At least 1 year in financial back office administration
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy skills
• Excellent problem solving and organizational abilities
• Strong collaboration with cross-department teams
• Fluent in English;
French is an asset
