Key Responsibilities:
• Greet residents and guests with professionalism
• Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries efficiently
• Maintain and assist with the office supply inventory
• Support marketing initiatives with resident onboarding
• Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education minimum required
• Two years of experience in a receptionist role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving skills required
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
