- Handle site inspections and contractor evaluations
- Manage maintenance and tenant communication efficiently
- Maintain records and update Yardi workflows
- Prepare AGM and budget packages as needed
- Relevant experience in property administration
- CMRAO Limited Licence required
- Familiarity with Yardi preferred
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
