As a valuable member of the Administration Department, you will coordinate records migration and maintain compliance with TOMRMS. Engage with various municipal departments, contributing essential processes that uphold effective record management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Clerk in managing records and ensuring compliance
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records
• Prepare documentation for vital statistics tasks

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Records Management or Office Administration
• Experience with TOMRMS and municipal practices
