As a Sales Administrator reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will handle various tasks essential to our used vehicle process. This includes managing advertising, coordinating inspections, and ensuring vehicle readiness. Strong organizational abilities and collaboration with team members are key to thriving in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Stock vehicles in Hub/CDK, documenting their condition
- Coordinate inspections and manage reconditioning processes
- Track TODs, lease buy-ins, and necessary paperwork
- Oversee advertising, including photos and listings
- Ensure vehicles are retail‑ready post-reconditioning
- Previous administration experience preferred
- High attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong collaboration in team environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Valid 5F drivers license required
