In this key role, you will manage phone calls, greet visitors, and maintain a professional and organized reception area. With your superior time management and organizational skills, you will handle multiple tasks ranging from mail distribution to office supply management. This position supports both the sales and operations teams, contributing to overall office efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring their proper direction
• Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
• Sort and distribute incoming and prepare outgoing mail
• Provide administrative support as needed for teams
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in an administrative or clerical role
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail in data entry tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Wealth Serv
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
