This role involves direct reporting to the Supervisor, Transfers, where you will manage transfer requests, communicate effectively with clients, and handle operational support tasks. The successful candidate exhibits enthusiasm for learning, details-oriented execution, and teamwork to foster organizational success within a financial context.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process incoming transfer requests efficiently
• Handle transfers mailbox and collect relevant communications
• Initiate and track status of transfers
• Assist external institutions with transfer-related support
• Respond to transfers inquiries with professionalism
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in back office administration
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Fluent in spoken and written English;
French is an asset
• Familiarity with Dataphile and/or Univeris a plus
