The Scheduling Clerk, under the direction of a Team Manager, works collaboratively with the Resource Coordinator to manage and assign Direct Service Staff schedules. This critical role involves effective communication, data entry, and maintaining organized records in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and maintain staff schedules in the Home Care system
• Communicate scheduling needs with clients and Direct Service Staff
• Perform data entry and assist with administrative workflows
• Manage filing systems and maintain documentation
• Utilize email and calendar tools for scheduling purposes
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of administrative experience required
• 6 months of experience in scheduling roles
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational and communication skills needed
• Valid Criminal Records Check is mandatory
