In this role, you will be part of a vibrant team focused on empowering storytellers across Canada. Your ability to gather and organize information will be critical in meeting commitments with funders and partners. You will facilitate funding applications, track relevant achievements, and assist in project reporting processes, ensuring success for creative endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support funding agreement administration and deliverables
• Organize information for funding proposals and reports
• Coordinate evaluations to meet reporting standards
• Track and manage records of partner contributions
• Collaborate with various organizational departments
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of relevant administrative experience
• Strong Excel and information management skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Effective communicator in both written and verbal forms
• Capable of managing multiple deadlines and projects
