In this capacity, you will support critical functions for cafeteria, parking, and fleet operations. The role demands proficiency in managing orders, facilitating orientations, and maintaining information systems. Strong organizational skills and communication are essential to enhance the efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage administrative functions for cafeteria and fleet operations
• Submit and reconcile orders for vendors and supplies
• Facilitate parking orientations and manage related queries
• Assist in planning and executing company events
• Ensure up-to-date information in the access management system
Requirements:
• Three years of relevant administrative experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended
• Prior experience with Quick Books is preferred
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Ability to travel as necessary for tasks
