Receptionist Part Time, Evenings

Overview

Burlington Hyundai is seeking a mature individual with a good command of English, both written and oral, to join our team as a Part‑time Receptionist
. The hours are Monday and Wednesday evenings, 5:00 PM–8:00 PM, and every other Saturday, subject to change.

• Warmly greet all customers entering the building and direct them to the correct personnel.
• Manage switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate department, personnel, or voicemail.
• Perform administrative tasks including stocking in Vehicle Inventory, Courier, and Receive and Process Payments, as well as Record Receipts for Sales and Service Departments.
• Prepare Cash Summary.
• Perform other duties as requested by Management Staff.

• Reliable and punctual.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication skills to converse with diverse clientele.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous receptionist experience is a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge of computers is necessary.
• Ability to work independently.
