The PIPP Support Services Clerk plays a crucial role in the clerical operations of the agency. This position is perfect for candidates with one year of office experience who are adept with Microsoft Office applications and can prioritize tasks effectively. You will prepare outgoing correspondence, sort incoming mail, and coordinate travel arrangements for claimants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare outgoing sensitive correspondence and templates
• Navigate BI3 for document management and data updates
• Arrange document delivery via registered mail and courier
• Distribute incoming injury claims documents
• Support clerical functions within the department
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of practical office experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to type 50 words per minute
• Detail-oriented and accurate in task execution
