Position: Winnipeg Concordia Hospital Admin Role
Join Concordia Hospital in Winnipeg as an Administrative Assistant, where your skills in Microsoft Office will be put to excellent use. This role is essential for supporting healthcare operations.

The Administrative Assistant position requests at least two years' experience in a clinic or healthcare environment. Candidates must have completed their high school education following Manitoba standards and possess a medical office assistant course completion. Proficiency in applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, alongside exceptional organizational skills in a busy healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiently manage MDS records and statistical data

• Efficiently carry out supply orders via ORMED

• Generate reports and documentation as required

• Demonstrate effective communication with staff and community agencies

• Assist in multitasking in a high-traffic environment

Requirements:

• Two years of prior experience in healthcare administration

• Completion of a recognized medical office assistant course

• Knowledge of medical terminology

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite

• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
