In this position, you'll be part of a team responsible for managing schedules and paperwork at the WRHA Community Health Services. You will need a solid background in administrative tasks, including email management, calendar coordination, and filing systems. Your ability to thrive in a busy environment will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and maintain staff schedules with precision
• Handle emails and computerized calendar management
• Support mail distribution and photocopying tasks
• Ensure filing systems remain organized and up to date
• Collect and compile relevant statistics for reports
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of related administrative experience
• Completion of an applied office skills training program
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel;
Group Wise knowledge helpful
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
