As an administrative expert, you will work approximately 20 hours weekly from June through October 2026. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a variety of tasks. Daily responsibilities include organizing digital files, responding to emails, and supporting event planning for Plume’s literary festival.
Key Responsibilities:
• Streamline and organize communication and digital files
• Manage emails and respond or delegate appropriately
• Attend meetings, take, and distribute notes
• Organize office space and manage assets
• Support festival planning and logistics
Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication for diverse tasks
• Problem-solving skills for independent work
• Basic financial tracking and data organization
• Previous administrative experience preferred
