Position: Secretary 3 for Pediatric Anesthesia
Join Shared Health as a Secretary 3 focusing on Pediatric Anesthesia in Winnipeg, providing vital administrative support in a health services environment. This role ensures smooth operation through effective scheduling and communication.

In this in-person role at the Health Sciences Centre, you will assist the Pediatric Anesthesia Program under various leaders, including the Manager Health Services. You’ll be responsible for scheduling clinical staff, coordinating health registries, and managing correspondence and reports. Your administrative expertise will contribute significantly to both patient services and operational efficacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling for staff Anesthesiologists and Fellows

• Oversee activities of the health registries

• Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence with discretion

• Generate various administrative and statistical reports

• Maintain up-to-date schedules in the VENTIS system

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of relevant administrative experience

• High school education plus secretarial training required

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite required

• Typing proficiency of 50 wpm needed

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required
