Full Time – Grande Pointe, MB, CA

Salary Range: $40,000.00 To $45,000.00 Annually

Position Overview

Administrative Assistant to support Service and Sales teams with administrative and reception duties, including service warranty.

Responsibilities
  • Manage data entry, formatting, editing, and proofreading of various documents.
  • Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communication.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist the general organizational administrative function as required.
  • Answer customer calls and provide answers regarding their insurance claim(s).
  • Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments for estimates and repairs.
  • Make outbound calls to customers with status updates.
  • Assist with customer appointment check‑ins and customer deliveries.
  • Update internal systems with detailed and accurate notes.
  • Assist with in‑person customer service and office work.
Qualifications
  • Post‑Secondary Education in Business Administration or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Outstanding organizational and customer service skills.
  • A performance‑driven attitude to accomplish all tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
  • Ability to speak French is an asset.
