As a People Services Assistant & Receptionist, you will be the professional face of our department, managing inquiries and directing communications. Your responsibilities include maintaining employee records, coordinating logistics for training sessions, and upholding confidentiality in all processes. Bring your customer service experience and organizational skills to make a difference daily.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors to the People Services department
• Quickly respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Maintain employee records accurately and confidentially
• Coordinate training sessions and manage logistics
• Assist with employee recognition and awards programs
Requirements:
• HR diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
• Two years of administrative support and customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Trustworthy and discreet with confidential information
