Position: Receptionist at EECOL Electric

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors upon arrival

• Operate multi-line phone systems for inquiries

• Perform tasks such as proofreading and transcription

• Maintain and organize filing systems

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
