Opportunity for Office & Team Services Lead

The Office & Team Services Lead plays a critical role in creating a workplace that is organized, welcoming, and responsive while providing administrative and operational support that enables our teams and leaders to perform at their best.

The Office & Team Services Lead is responsible for managing workplace operations, supporting the Leadership Team, coordinating office and team services, and helping deliver employee, client, and community experiences that reflect the Bockstael brand.

This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Manage reception, incoming telephone calls, the general office email inbox, and visitor experience.
  • Coordinate and maintain office operations, including boardrooms, kitchen facilities, common areas, office supplies, mail, courier services, and workspace logistics.
  • Manage workplace vendors and service providers, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and other contracted services.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, catering, room bookings, technology setup, and hospitality requirements.
  • Support employee onboarding through workspace readiness, building access, welcome materials, and first-day preparations.
  • Coordinate executive and leadership meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and administrative requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information, executive communications, and Leadership Team activities.
  • Coordinate company events, employee celebrations, client appreciation initiatives, and community engagement activities.
  • Manage inventories and distribution of branded merchandise, promotional products, recognition items, and company apparel.
  • Coordinate client gifting programs and maintain branded event assets and materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workplace operations, employee experience, and administrative processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.

Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Diploma or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related discipline.
  • Three to five years of progressive experience in office administration, workplace coordination, executive support, hospitality, events, or a customer service-focused environment.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders while delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience coordinating corporate meetings, events, and workplace services.
  • Valid Manitoba Driver’s Licence with the ability to travel occasionally to company events.
