Reporting directly to the Scheduling Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining staffing levels for all shifts at Cancer Care Manitoba. This full-time position demands exemplary organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage sensitive information while working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain accurate staffing schedules
• Organize and file records related to staff assignments
• Thrive in a high-demand environment with strict deadlines
• Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Foster positive communication with staff and management
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Office administration program completed
• Minimum of 1 year of staffing experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
