As a permanent member of the team, you will report to the Scheduling Supervisor and be tasked with the daily coordination of staffing functions at Cancer Care Manitoba. Successful candidates will exhibit strong organizational skills, proficiency in scheduling software, and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create staffing schedules to ensure appropriate coverage
• Keep accurate files and records of staff assignments
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Manage sensitive data while maintaining confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with staff regarding schedules
Requirements:
• High School education or equivalent
• Completed office management program
• 1 year staffing and scheduling experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong communication and customer service skills
Utilize your scheduling skills to contribute to Cancer Care Manitoba's mission of supporting patients and their families.
