Your Opportunity

Our Winnipeg Office is looking for Co-op or Intern Students to join the Administration team in January 2027 for a 4-month work term. This is a net new role and the successful candidate will own the following responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical duties such as preparing correspondence, photocopying, scanning, coordinating mass mailings to clients, and distributing internal mail within the office.
  • Perform data entry duties while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collect data, generate reports, and update various internal software systems.
  • Intake, organize, and maintain client data and information, including filing and storing information using iFirm and other BDO systems and tools.
  • Coordinate client meetings and scheduling, communicating professionally with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Demonstrate strong coordination and organizational skills, bringing together clients, internal teams, and multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Support professional and administrative staff with various tasks and requests as needed.
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Your experience and education
  • You are pursuing an undergraduate degree or diploma.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite is required.

  • You have the ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks.
  • You have proven leadership skills and can take initiative to seek understanding.
  • You have excellent attention to detail.
  • You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You have the ability to work in a deadline-driven work setting and deal with confidential & time-sensitive information.
  • You have a desire to learn and take on new challenges.
