Position: Clerk for Library Support Services
Join Winnipeg School Division as a Library Support Clerk focused on digital media and resource management. This full-time position aids in enriching school library experiences across the division.

In this 10-month permanent position, you'll support classrooms and staff at Winnipeg School Division through effective management of library materials and technology resources. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, facilitating access to digital tools, and creating comprehensive training guides for staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist staff in accessing library and digital resources

• Maintain inventory of multimedia equipment

• Facilitate circulation of library materials across departments

• Provide technical assistance for webinars and events

• Create manuals and organize training demonstrations

Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant office experience required

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills necessary

• Valid Manitoba Class 5F driver's license mandatory

• Experience with audio-visual tools and editing software

• Ability to organize and handle technical equipment
