* Lead and manage the integration of multiple newly acquired companies simultaneously, using  to track progress, document processes, and ensure timely completion of core integration activities.
* Collaborate across departments—including HR, IT, Facilities, Marketing, and Legal & Compliance—to deliver a cohesive and positive integration experience for acquired company leaders.
* Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture that supports personal development and promotes a positive work environment.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support integration success.
* Demonstrates strong leadership in high-pressure environments, effectively guiding cross-functional teams and indirect reports toward successful outcomes.
* Takes proactive ownership of tasks and projects, driving them to completion with accountability and a results-oriented mindset.
* Encourages team engagement and fosters a culture of follow-through and responsibility.
* Skilled in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with precision and clarity.
* Highly organized with exceptional time management skills, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are balanced.

* Communicates with clarity, empathy, and purpose—adapting style to suit diverse audiences including senior leaders, technical teams, and external stakeholders.

* Capable of translating complex financial and operational concepts into accessible language to support decision-making.
